    Brand new house built. They put heat and cold taps on the wrong lines. When I flush my guest bath toilet, tub and sink traps get sucked staving for air because their plumbers do not know the code and the bathroom was not vented properly. Had the owner paul come over his response 'uggghhh it's hair in the trap that's causing it' hair, really....it's a brand new build. Use a union company. Do not use Brouwer. I warned you all.
