  Good area downtown London. Hotel has been recently beautiful renovated. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Beautiful hotel restaurant.

  Check in was smooth and easy. Had room on 21st floor and had a nice view. Room was comfortable but didn't spend much time there only too sleep. Bed was very high and comfy. Bathroom was nothing special but was clean and somewhat updated. We had parking in the parking garage extra 15 a night and our key didn't work when we were leaving and had to get a new one. This seemed to be an issue as I watched 4 other cars have issues trying to leave. Other than that was a good location downtown. Would stay again.

  Went there for the Dickens Christmas luncheon buffet at Blakes. Food was pretty decent, not as big a selection as you would expect for $19.95 but the turkey was pretty good and the gravy was excellent. I suspect that the mashed potatoes were a mix of real and powdered or they used some weird margarine - it had a gluey texture. Dessert was great and they had an okay selection of cakes and cheesecakes. Was disappointed there was no coffee though without paying extra. This is a yearly tradition at my work and we all enjoyed the food well enough. It's not spectacular but pretty decent for a busy lunch buffet.

  This is our go to place when staying in London. It appears to be recently renovated. There is a beautiful bar with a selection of single malt scotches. And there is a nice bistro that serves meals and breakfast for additional cost. There is a Starbucks in the lobby yippee! Parking is available for a small additional fee. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. We find the room rates reasonable. Good choice when staying in downtown London……

  We were hosting an event and providing several rooms for our team. We had a great time. The staff were excellent at anticipating our needs. The food for our event and at Blake's was excellent. We had the Prime Minister suite which is beautiful but pricey compared to other suites we have rented in London. We also could have used a full sized fridge but made do with the mini fridge in the suite. There is no member lounge in this hotel. The gym and pool were small but clean and serviceable. Yes the pool is heated nicely. Another very large group was at the hotel while we were this caused parking at the hotel lot impossible. We parked across the street and downloaded the HONK APP to manage parking. All in all a great experience.
