    It was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and the experience was what I was hoping for. The only downside is not necessarily a reflection of the hotel but how I booked... Via xpedia. In the end the Lower Level (aka basement, it was across from the pool) worked out it wouldn't not have been my first choice.

    The room was good but the lady at the front desk was horrible on Saturday Oct 28th. While we were filling out the sheets for the room she kept interrupting and grabbing the paper and crossing things out. She was constantly saying "that's what I'm saying" without actually explaining how to fill the sheet and then raising her voice when we paused for a minute to read the vehicle information. She then stated she will cancel all our rooms right now if we swear, when no one was swearing. She was rude and obnoxious from the moment we walked in. I have never had such a strange and negative experience with a hotel staff. My guests and I were pleasant and gave absolutely no attitude or hostility, I am not sure why she was disrespectful from the start.I am not sure why she constantly kept repeating "that's what I'm saying" and "No, No, No!" But there was something very off about her. If you want to have happy guests this woman should not be working there! If we we're giving her a hard time I understand her hostility and anger but we did not. I am positive this is not the first complaint about this woman and will not be the last. Bad experience.

    Service and pool were great, breakfast with home made waffle maker was fantastic. The pillows however we not firm, my sleep was poor at best.

    Nice, clean, good food, pool is excellent. Would be 5 stars except the pullout bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. I don't expect a pullout to be as nice as a real bed, but this was below expectations. I believe much better temporary beds are available and would bring the experience on par with the rest of this nice hotel.
