  I can't believe the low standards of customer service. I will NEVER go to a TSC store again and will strongly advise against anybody else going here either.

  Most frustrating visit to a store ever. Went looking to drop some serious money on fencing. 2 employees (an older man and a younger girl) were chatting at customer service desk. I asked where fencing supplies were and got treated as though I was stupid for asking. Couldn't find what I wanted, came out empty handed. Made eye contact with older man and he quickly looked away - I wasn't going to ask for help again.

  Close to home which makes it convenient but often find staff not very helpful

  Went to cashier to purchase motor oil. Most stores, cashier will ask if you have found everything ok. Of course she did not. I said to her "I can't seem to find anything in here". She just said "ok".

  Strathroy TSC has more knowledgeable staff, better selection and doesn't have the crappy country music cranked. Better option

  Asked cashier where padlocks were. She pointed out the aisle. While in there, was a man stocking shelves. Didn't move his cart out of the way so I had to move it. Couldn't find padlocks. Made eye contact and said "I can't seem to find anything in here." He just looked away.
