  When I walked into La-Z-Boy I was greeted by Renee. I explained my concerns about previous sofas we had owned and she immediately showed me the best fabric option that would work best for my family! She spent a lot of time with me going over everything, weighing the pros and cons of both leather and fabric. In the end I did choose fabric, and I have no concerns about its longevity with a 7 year warranty! I also rather enjoyed picking out the pillow fabric!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping at the London location! I had been to all the big box stores and was not happy with their quality of sectionals or their customer service.

  Our new sectional took 7 weeks to come in. It was delivered on time and the guys who delivered it were awesome! They asked if I had protective pads for the feet (I did) and they put them on before it was all set up! They were here for about 20 min, unloaded and set up without waking the sleeping toddler! Amazing work guys!

  Great staff response by Faye. Although we were just shopping and not purchasing today, there was no pressure. She answered all of our questions and gave us some info we did not even consider when looking at chairs.

  We visited La-Z-Boy in August 2017, interested in their complimentary design services. We met with Adam Bernier, who took the time to talk about what we like and need, and then walked us through the store to get a sense of our style. We arranged an in-home visit with Adam and one of their in-store designers, Sue, to discuss a design for our den. We are so happy with the end result! They really listened to what we wanted, and then delivered on it. We ended up purchasing nearly everything suggested (only declined a couple of small accessory items), and our room looks fantastic. The entire experience was pleasant. Adam and Sue were attentive, punctual and professional, and Adam was extremely responsive to our follow-up requests, even coming to our home personally to make a delivery. We were pleased with the delivery service as well, two men who were very careful and good-natured, and who set up our room for us, taking away all the packaging. This was my first experience with La-Z-Boy, and I won't hesitate to go back.

  Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new couch for our living room. Faye, our La-Z-Boy rep was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all our questions and made it a great experience. Top marks to Faye!

  We just purchased a custom sectional from this location. We had considered many options from La-Z-Boy and other stores alike, and came back to La-Z-Boy because we had always felt the quality was worth the cost. This was our second piece of furniture from this store and we are excited to receive our new sectional within 6 weeks. I hesitate to give a 5 star rating as sometimes I do feel there were pressure sales tactics that turned me off and did have me reflect and consider other options. Overall though the sales staff and promotions brought us back to purchase. Shout out to Faye Azar for helping us seal the deal on our forever couch.
