    Great cars. Dealership customer area is a bit bland and small, could use a refreshing. Dealer parts are a bit expensive. Website is good not flooded with anoying adds like Toyota or Lexus. Good job.

    This lady does not listen well and hang up the phone quickly and blame everything to the customer. She does not tell you anything about how your car is fixed, and derain the car over there without letting me know for two days, when I call back, she does not answer your phone!!!

    The service department is the worst I have ever seen. They are very rude, especially the old lady who is a so called service advisor!

    I live 2hrs away and regularly bring my car to London Volvo because the service is excellent. Parts have always been on hand and service completed on time.

    My local dealer in Windsor always had excuses; no parts, parts lost, diagnostic computer broke down, etc, etc. Of 5 visits, only one was completed on time and part was available. That is why I drive 2hrs to London Volvo, no excuses, parts are there, work is done on time.
