    Our vet referred us here; our puppy ingested some packaged Kangaroo Ribs treat, & had a 2 inch bone in her IG tract. All the staff were EXCELLENT! They were professional, compassionate, very re-assuring. The doctors went through all the treatment options, advising us against surgery, to opt for less invasive treatment first. Their recommendations were successful in adverting surgery. We were in touch with them regularly, they explained everything extremely well, & answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The costs were very reasonable for the standard of care, & the state of the art facility. I have 100% full confidence in this facility, & would highly recommend this hospital to any pet owner.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The Vet Kathy Mackenzie was professional, knowledgeable, calm and polite. Would recommend this Vet hands down. Thoroughly explained everything and sent me home with clear instructions and hand outs.

    I have to say thank you to Dr.Kietel who gave our dog the best care a couple of weeks ago. We had been driving for hours with a very sick dog, had a horrible prognosis from a previous vet and wanted a second opinion. He was informative, realistic and comforting and recommended our best course of action would be to take Betsy to the University of Guelph for the best care. I am heartbroken to say we lost our little dog, but the courtesy and concern shown for her meant the world to us at such a trying time. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with.
