    While going next door we accidentally parked in their lot (not clearly signed, broken fence). Rude guy came out yelling at us. Apologized for honest mistake and said would move, but he just kept up with police ticket and tow threats. Don't think I'd do business with him no matter how good. Scared my kids. 6, 8, 10
