  I've been using this as my go-to UPS store for over a decade. The owner (and the main person who serves customers) is a huge help.

  Unfortunately, the owner/operator has had some health challenges (throat/face cancer I think and thus has a replaced jaw) which makes it very difficult for her to talk. I think, based on reading these other reviews, that people are misinterpreting her approach and phone voice as rude, when it's really just because it's hard for her to talk.

  Does not update holiday hours online or on answering machine. I’ve tried to come here on two separate occasions and it has been closed both times.

  Alice was efficient and very personable in explaining my shipping options. She packed my grandkids’ gifts with care so the package will arrive in BC in good condition. I will definitely be coming back to her store. Thank you Alice!!!

  She cares more about her customers than anyone else I know and with the high volume of parcels, busy periods are to be expected. Probably not the best time to call with a hundred questions, when the service provider has a lineup in front of her. That's difficult for anyone to manage successfully. (picking up on some of the comments)

  There is no one I would trust more to manage my mail and parcel collection and to help in a pinch when it comes to printing and other services through the store.

  I'm a longtime customer at this store, my experiences have only been positive. The staff has always went above and beyond when helping me. There is countless good things I could say about this store, they're eager to help, kind, courteous and knowledgeable to my needs. They always call to let me know when my packages arrive, forward my mail when I'm down south in the winter and the list goes on and on, all things I never recevied with my previous mail service. Keep up the great service and thanks for all you do!!!
