  This store has decreased supplies for cats considerably, Shelving and supplies smaller, very few collars. Advertised Benny's Bully cat treat , only one flavour available in store and most on shelf was dog treats! Some of us own cats too and more than one!!

  Even though they didn't have the product I needed, the staff was pretty honest about why I should buy what they had in stock, since it was not targeting what I was looking for.

  Incredibly helpful staff! I went in looking for a crate mat and got much more. It was my first time in Ren's and it definitely won't be my last! The staff is knowledgeable and very polite. They also have a food program where you buy 10/12 of one specific dog or cat food and get one free.

  Surprised because they are much more personable than PetSmart and cheaper too! I spent $30 on a crate mat which usually is around $50-70.
