  Lots of selection! Love the store more as my kids grow. Many departments and friendly staff all over. Wheelchair accessible parking and access, Parking was free and the mall has way access from multiple exists.

  So, not only was I told they had a product they didn't had, drove 20 minutes across down and wasted gas, they were also extremely rude, not very helpful, and didn't seem to give a crap that they had seriously inconvenienced me. I love Michael's itself; however, the staff at this particular location really need to work on communication not only between themselves, but also with customers. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

  The other 2 reviewers talking about customer service had it ON POINT. I called this location this morning looking for a particular product. After speaking with someone who sounded acutely annoyed about having to look for something for someone, I waited on hold for nearly 10 minutes. She didn't even seem to know what I was talking about. After a while, she came back and said she spoke with the inventory manager and he told her that yes, they did in fact have what I was looking for in stock. I live on the other side of London, which is why I called ahead of time. I get to the store and look around myself for a while before asking someone to point me in the direction of the product I'm looking for. She takes me to the puzzle section and says "we don't have the mats, just the store n saves". I then said "Oh, well I just called a couple of hours ago and apparently the inventory manager said that you did have a few in stock?" She then said "well, we don't. We have the store n save if you want those"...

  Great store. Walked in not looking for anything but walked out with a bunch of halloween decorations for my dorm room. Things can be pricey but they often have really good sales, check it out if you're just wasting time (or ya need craft supplies).
