  The customer service is a straight up joke. They accused my bf and I of stealing and causing trouble when all we did was make a call and smoke. The owner came out and asked what we were doing in front of the store. He told us to leave and said it was illegal to smoke so close to the store. Since when is smoking in front of a store illegal?!?! I would never shop here. The people who work here are very rude. When my bf walked in he said stay close to the cashier register. That is so rude and disrespectful. When my boyfriend just went into the store to look at some shoes but then he left because he felt uncomfortable. If I could give them no stars I would believe me. I don't shop at businesses where I am not treated with respect.

  Went in there for the first time ever today with intentions of buying a pair of boots. I stood looking around for someone to help me for about 20 minutes before leaving with nothing. I felt the older shoppers were priority and I was overlooked as salesmen were quick to ask a lot of other shoppers if they would like some help but ignored me.

  Usually a great selection of larger and wide styles of shoes and boots for women (and men too, but I don't shop that side of the store). Didn't find my size this time around, but it was late in the season.
