  So I personally like this school based on it's arts education, let's get that straight. However, I haven't had a pleasant experience with most of the students and teachers here at Pearson. I'm glad that we're slowly raising our inventory of technology and all, but when you have faculty and students that just mainly want to mess around with you, it's a waste of time. If you really love music, dance, or drama or just generally the arts, it's worth to go to this school if you just try to avoid most people. Otherwise, consider digging deeper for another school. I was a student here at Pearson and have had good and bad experiences. I will remember this school with a positive note, but there were several things that they could improve, to be more specific, NEED to improve on.

  From Jk-grade 3, my daughter had no trouble articulating how much she didn't enjoy school. It was boring. That all changed in grade 4, when she started at Pearson. She is in grade 7 now and will be so sad to leave at the end of next year. Pearson has not only provided her so many opportunities, like to learn to read music and to think outside the box, it has also set the bar high for herself and her expectations of what she can accomplish. She is so prepared to take on the demands of high school. Her brother, who is in grade 8, at her old school, will be in for a shock next year at high school as his school does not place much expectations on their students (except to be nice to one another, which is also important) and their work load is so light in comparison. Pearson has definitely brought out the best in my daughter, which l will always be so grateful for.
