  Edited this because I did finally receive a call from one of the owners -- who suggested that if we were bothered by the lack of return calls then too bad, we should just go elsewhere. Rude. Unprofessional.

  Non-responsive. Rude. Unprofessional. Got referred to Mustang by someone who said they were good... but 3 phone messages later (over a 2 week period), still no return call. No one has answered a phone there and they don't return calls, so they may be good - but they're certainly not dependable or reachable. If you have to chase a contractor just to GET them to return a call, what will it be like to get them to do the work?

  Had Mustang re-shingle my roof. The price was fair. The installers that showed up were courteous and professional. They worked hard, but took the time to explain to me what they were doing.

  When he arrived, he immediately accused me of wasting his time and of not making an appointment. He couldn't recall our conversation and continued accusing me of wasting his time (providing quotes is a waste of time?). He literally didn't even look at the building that needed work and then insulted my family before peeling out of the driveway.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The quote I received was competitively priced, the work was completed as scheduled and everyone was pleasant to deal with. The crew that completed the job was professional, communicated to me as to how the job was progressing and left the job site organized and picked up at the end of each day.

  I called to get a quote and had to wait 3-4 days to get a response. By that time, the building needing roofing had changed. When "the guy" called to make a firm appointment, I pointed out that he was quoting on a different building, but it was essentially the same size job.
