  Visited an open house held by Nelia Lo Russo – when I refused to provide my phone number and asked not to be solicited, she became extremely rude and refused to show me the home suggesting I was a thief. Horrible customer service, would never deal with pc275!

  There was no "family" emergency but, in my opinion, some shady and unscrupulous dealings went on instead. I was ready to pull the trigger on the home, I just needed to see it.

  I had made an appointment with my realtor to go view a home listed by PC275, but the day before I was to view it, they cancelled citing a "family emergency" and re-booked the viewing a week later but didn't confirm a time. My realtor and I put in 5 separate phone calls, left several messages and emails with the listing agent for the home, and I myself tried contacting, but not a single message was returned.

  The day came and went for the re-booked viewing, and a full 2 weeks passed when we found out that the home quietly sold.
