    A young gentleman named Patrick did a great job on my bathroom issue in my London home. He was extremely professional, and worked very quickly. I highly recommend to anyone with any plumbing issues in the area. 5 stars.

    Josh was extremely informative and knowledgeable about sump pumps and how they work. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He did a great job and cleaned up completely when he was done the work. A job well done with excellent customer service!

    We ran into a "plumbing emergency" late in the day, hours before a household of company was to arrive. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and received excellent service. Plumbing technician Fraser W. came to our home well within the time estimation. Fraser was polite, considerate courteous, friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, informative, and extremely professional - no muss, no fuss. He was in and out well before our company arrived, having completely repaired our problem. Thank you very much Fraser and Mr. Rooter Plumbing. We certainly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing ( and Fraser) for plumbing needs. Well done!

    So impressed with the level of customer service I received! I have a rental property in London, Ontario that had a last minute “incident.” Patrick from Mr. Rooter was quick to arrive and was beyond professional and courteous when arriving. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to inform us as to what caused the issue and all the steps I could take to prevent any further issues from arising. Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

    We had a water leak dripping from above ceiling. Only way to stop it was to shut the main off. Called our insurance, they sent Fraser Weir that same morning. Very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Being a tradesman in a different field myself I appreciate the level of service that I would expect. Not too often does it go recognized. Thanks for the fantastic service. I know who to call in the future.Thanks again Mr.Rooter and your technician Fraser Weir..give him a raise!
