  December 31st at 9pm was the early or kids countdown we attended it was great... lots of people a up beat positive atmosphere they had some good music playing and the fireworks display was really good much much longer than I expected. Aside from it being bloody cold it was a good time. Definitely recommend to anyone with younger kids... it's a way to include them and also not completely destroy bedtime...

  In winter when it's snowing it makes for a fun time strolling by the lights and the trees. In the summer the festivals that come through are always entertaining, and in fall the festivals are equally entertaining and also the markets they sometimes do are always a good place to find local nifty things as well as not local tourist things.

  Came here to see the lighting of the Christmas lights. This event gets busier every year, but the city of London hasn't done anything to improve the parking availability. Was in the car for 15 minutes looking for parking when the lights came on. Event parking at Victoria Park is a shambles whether during Sunfest, a concert or the lighting of the lights. If you are going to Victoria Park for an event, plan to arrive at least one hour in advance. If its just for a Sunday afternoon picnic, you should be okay.

  This time of year the park is amazing. The lights and the snow bring about the old time Christmas feeling of simplicity, the way it's supposed to be not all commercialized. And u may even get to skate circles around the one you love. Merry Christmas to everyone. Stay Alive this year don't drink or if you do, be sure to call a cab. We have plenty of them here in London.

  nice park in London-good for walks in summer. lights & skating rink in winter. They have some nice events in the summer. We go here often
