  Moving and putting all my personal belongings into storage for a few months. I attended the Storage Mart on Commissioners Rd., London ON last week to buy packing paper and to enquire about their services and cost. The two young ladies on duty were very professional and very helpful. I am sorry, I do not remember the knowledgeable Polish lady whom gave me a tour of the facilities. Allowing me to practice my Polish language skills. Amanda was also present. This actually was my second visit, after further thought. I returned yesterday to secure my storage facilities and Amanda was very patient and knowledgeable about all the products. I had an opportunity to book my storage locker by calling the head office in the states. Jarrod was polite and very professional. I am very happy with the excellent service, the hassle and stress free experience. Amanda was very kind and carried all my purchases to my car. Thank you everyone at Storage Mart, London ON. I love it there!!!!!

  I have had the privilege of being both an employee and a customer of storage-mart. A few years after leaving the company, I ended up moving cities and needed to put some things in storage. The natural choice would have been storage-mart but I wasn't just going to give my money to anyone. So I checked out the competition. From my experience, other facilities are just as clean, and some have comparable prices. What makes the difference is the staff (so friendly and knowledgeable), the one month free, and the security (some other places don't have as many cameras, or gates).

  I returned to this location because the price was attractive. The only thing that I found disagreeable was the fact that the price went up $15.00 from the original quote. This apparently was because the locker I was shown originally has since been rented, when I returned 4 days later. The reason I was given for the price increase was "the locker is closer to the front gate". When it is a drive up locker, I don't think location should matter! This is why I awarded 3 stars.

  I was and am very happy with my at Storage Mart. I think Christine is a very capable and conscientious manager and is extremely helpful when a problem arises. I have dealt with other storage units and even though they are excellent units and people I believe Storage mart is one of the best I have used in a long time.

  Given that I was an employee, I knew they did price checks with other major competitors and cared about customers. So I ended up choosing storage-mart and had an excellent experience. If I ever need storage again, I would likely choose storage-mart again.
