  Never again would I use this company. I moved in August of last summer. The price tag was over $600 more than quoted and that was after a $100 discount that nobody informed me was available. Never would have known about it unless the "head" guy on the truck asked me if I had a coupon..I said no and proceeded to ask what coupon..he told me if you were over $1000 you could get that discount. For a 10 min drive from 1 place to the other my so called quote went from $1200 to 1900 + and if you can believe he had to call the boss to see if I could have a mere $100 off. I watched as they unloaded and on many occasions saw them bringing in 1 sm light garbage bag at a time. They were instructed to put some things in the basement stacked against the wall...didn't happen. All was laid out in a single layer on the floor so you could not even get down there. The lead man kept on saying to me when I asked him to do something..doesn't matter to us we get paid by the he. Not a good thing to say!!!! If it wasn't such a stressful time for me to be moving I would never have let this carry out the way it did. I never saw the mess in basement until the next day..or I never would have tipped them. I called this co a few days after..told them about the situation and didn't even receive a proper apology. This co in my opinion could care less about the consumer. Now as I finally have time to deal with this mess in the basement it felt right to let others know what they could be in for if choosing this co. This experience was the worst one of the approximate 12 moves I have made in my life. NEVER AGAIN will I use this co. Problem is once they have your stuff in their truck..which I was only at the receiving end..your hands are tied. Beware!!!!

  Kineto Van Lines has been around a long time and have very experienced staff. I wouldn't move another company !

  From the initial contact to day of delivery all the staff was professional and helpful. They made a stressful time much easier and enjoyable.

  Andrew calculated costs close to actual. Very professional from Admin to operations. The guys were understanding and helpful for 1st time movers and treated our furniture like it was their own. Much appreciated and Thank you.
