    great experience overall rooms were Immaculate bathroom was roomy and clean. Breakfast was about average but better than some. Bed was very comfortable pillows were a little bit less than comfortable for my taste, but I'm picky. Location was convenient

    Breakfast is out of this world! Never had such a great lay-out on included breakfast before. Choice is great and cooking is perfect.

    Overall the experience was good. Morning staff was super friendly. My biggest gripe is that the I've machines on the 4th and 3rd floor didn't work, and there didn't appear to be one on the first floor either. A+unless you love ice and aren't willing to go the extra km for it.

    It doesn't get a 5-star rating simply b/c I've experienced a few 5-star hotels, & that's an entirely different level. The Hampton Inn of London, ON was everything I wanted: clean, quiet, & friendly. Great amenities, including a free breakfast w/ evwrything from scrambled eggs to make-your-own waffles. We were able to use Hilton Honors points effortlessly, too.
