  I live in Pickering and my mother who lives by herself in London needed all of her exterior locks changed right away. I was nervous to book someone over the phone and wanted to find someone that would not take advantage of an elderly lady. The tech showed up within 3 hours of my phone call, he was very polite and explained everything to her before he started. He was a complete gentlemen and the price was the price when he completed his work. I highly recommend this company, they care about there customers!

  I had a miscommunication on the phone with their service agent, and got stuck with a bill worth 7x what I would have paid elsewhere, just for rekeying a lock. What's worse, I was asked to call the manager, Paul, who, when I called the first time, assumed that I already paid, and after explaining that I could get it for cheaper, called the other vendor a couple choice bad names, told me it didn't concern him, and then blatantly hung up on me. How's that for service? A week later he ended up threatening me by phone saying that they were going to take me to court, yes, after hanging up on me even. Ended with them giving me a discount, speaking with a different individual, Mike I believe, because he thought that was "fair" ... not even an apology.
