  I'm sure this is a great place to go if u can actually get in, the sign says WALK IN CLINIC yet you need to have an appointment and they only accept appointments the day of they won't book ahead, secondly to try and book an appointment is near impossible cause the doctor comes and goes as he or she pleases meaning the actual hours of this place are pointless cause 90% of the time the doctor isn't even their. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the ladies at the front fest are very sweet and good at their job.

  The service is disgusting here, You go in to the supposed "walk in" and have them tell you that you have to book an appointment, They then proceed to make your appointment an hour after booking so you have to waste more time and gas to go back down there, and if you try to call you don't get called back. For the past 3 days I have been calling to make an appointment and not once has somebody got back to me on top of my multiple calls daily for 3 days in a row!!! HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!

  Based off my personal experiences, I'd gladly go back to this facility. Just remember, if someone isn't smiling all of the time, they could just be extremely busy and not "grouchy" or "rude".

  I understand and respect that others had negative experiences here however I have personally been three times (July, August and September 2017) and have had a good experience. The lady at the front may not be the most friendly in the world however I understand that she's doing five things at once and that can wear anyone down. I think for how busy she is, she is fine with welcoming people to the facility. The nursing staff there is amazing. Friendly and personable. Not shy nor do they think they're above all. This is very refreshing to see and they made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Toft is also amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail to ensure that I understood what it was that was done.

  I would not and will not ever recommend anyone to ever try to go here worst walk in clinic I've ever been to.

  No doctors ever on duty. Rude staff who answer the phone. Very blasé attititude and dismissive comments. Great way to run a business.

  Very happy with their executive physical exam. I received excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comprehensive medical exam.
