  Free 24-hour walk-in crisis support. If you don't know where to go to get support following a mental health and/or addictions crisis, this is the place. Offering 1-on-1 confidential counselling with a registered health care professional, connection to additional mental health and addictions supports and skill-building to help you manage stressors that may lead to a future crisis. Non-judgmental and compassionate staff providing an alternative to a hospital emergency department visit for those who do not need treatment for physical health issues.

  Very Good Place 4 Fast Emergency Care. They were Very Helpful at helping my adult son as he has been suffering the Senseless Stabbing Death Of his older Brother & Best Friend. How does One Ever recover From such a Terrible Painful Horrific Life Changing Event??? This Happened Nov 2012, in another town far from here. We moved 2 LONDON for a Fresh New Start At Life & to Escape Painful Memories & Familiar Faces & Sights. It’s been Now 5+ Years since my oldest son was So Cruely TAKEN from us that Nov Night & Yet Still My son suffers PTS, Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Insomnia, Major Depression, Survivor’s Guilt, & Addiction Problems, & Panic Attacks. The Entire Family Is Still Trying 2 Cope With What Happened, & Such A Massive Loss That All Happened So Fast & Caught Us ALL Off Guard. This Place Helped My son when He Was Ready 2 Just “QUIT” & He Was At A Very Dark Low Place In his Life. I just wanna say THANK U 2 All The Staff Here & London ONT is Very Lucky 2 Have such a Great Facility Avail 24/7 for Emergency Care. Sometimes All a person Needs is 2 Talk & 2 Have Someone (ANYONE) LISTEN Without JUDGING & 2 Do That Alone Is What My son Needed That Day. As His Mother, I ThankU All from the bottom of my heart as I Cannot Even bear The Thought Of Ever Losing Another Child. No Appoint is Needed Here JUST WALK IN & Honestly It’s Dosen’t get Any Better Than That. So : DONT DELAY & GET HELP TODAY!!!

  It's a good place to drop in for help if needed. The Suboxone clinic is an excellent choice to get help with an opioid addiction.

  The receptionist Katie was really kind and offered me help in every way she possibly could! I was soon greeted by the professional, Jordan, and we discussed my anxiety/panic attacks/etc. in further detail. Jordan was very patient with me, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable to express any thoughts/feelings I had.

  I arrived not knowing what to expect with many doubts, but left feeling relieved and excited to try out my new learned coping skills. I think it is AMAZING what these guys do! They are there to listen and help connect you to any services that can be of benefit to you. Did I mention it's open 24/7?!?

  I found that I had amazing care at the cmha crisis seen as soon as I got there. They calmed me right down. I was seen at the hospital and they sent me to cmha the hospital feel that it is more beneficial for me to be sent to cmha crisis rather than the hospital.
