  Wow customer service here is terrible! Kim, Ginger and the manager who we didn't catch the name of. We went in through the exit cuz we had a heavy load and happened to be closer to the exit, which made us apparently land on the wrong side of the return cubicle. That's fine, just direct us to the right side, which they did so we're going there... But then one of those ladies decided to point out that we came in through the exit in a condescending tone. Was it because we were asian, she assumed we couldn't read English or something? Sorry we came in through the exit, it just happened to be more convenient. I'm not sure if it was because we came in through the exit, or because we're Asian, but they were rude and gave us attitude throughout the whole interaction. It's not our fault that you guys made a defective product. None of the staff gave us a smile or was nice to us. Meanwhile I saw two other Caucasian people coming in to make returns and they were super nice to them. Wow just wow!! I don't even wanna give this place a one star. I wanna give them zero. I'm so upset about how they treated us. They're just so mean and rude.

  Cons: Poor inventory management (couldn't find product that was in warehouse) and I waited over 1/2 hour, know it all attitude of staff even after I insisted I knew what I wanted

  I will have to concur with all of the terrible customer service reviews. I’m $300 out because of customer service incompetence. No one cares to help the customer. Pass you off to someone else. Not their problem. Wish I would have never shopped here. Definitely won’t ever again. Not just this location but any Lowe’s period. The company I work for would bend over backwards to convert a customer and give a good experience. So my standards are high and this was just terrible. Treated like garbage. They got their money and don’t care.

  staff answered all the questions we had and were very helpful. Store layout doesn't make a lot of sense to me but I'm not frequent to theses kinds of stores

  There customer service is horrible at this store. Been to many Lowe’s in the states and they have amazing customer service. This store is obviously managed by an incompetent individual who cares nothing for customer service. Good luck I give them maybe a year before there closed with there bad customer service. I hope this is seen my the district manager and makes the appropriate changes.
