  Very clean atmosphere. Went in to sign up today with my father, and staff were welcoming. Madison helped us and gave us a tour of everything. She was very good at explaining everything!

  Cons: Not very big, no bench press, no squat rack, no soap in showers, only two showers work one missing curtain and other one doesn’t have any pressure water drips out, there’s a pizza day which brings every person in crocs and camo sweat pants who would normally be at wal mart buying from the $2 dvd bins,

  The majority of the staff are great, the place is clean. The gym is lacking proper equipment (no squat rack, no bench press, all the barbells are preloaded and don't go over 60 lbs, dumbbells don't even reach 100 lbs). I personally, as a guest on my girlfriend's membership, am not allowed to workout here anymore, unless I allow them to take a picture of me. Reading other reviews, it is not the first time the manager Christian has caused problems for people. They say it is for security reasons, yet they have staff on the floor, cameras, and my name. Pay a little extra and go to a gym with proper equipment.

  The blonde girl with the glasses is always on her phone, not sure if she’s the manager or something but if she is she needs to lead by example. I know when I’m at work I like the rest of us working as a team. Planet fitness needs to have a sit down with this employee. It’s not fair the the other employees to be doing their job and busting there ass off while someone else gets to sit around and do nothing. Good job to the others who maintain the gym, super clean and very friendly.

  I have not even had the chance of working out there yet. I walked up to the front desk said I would like to sign up for a membership and the girl who was helping me gave off a snotty I don’t care attitude. Online it says when you sign up they are supposed to give you a tour aswell as a gym shirt she offered neither. She said I need you to sign 5 times did not thoroughly explain what I was signing more than what I would call less than a sentence. After I signed everything and paid she slid me a key card tab and turned around there was 2 other employees standing at the front desk aswell I was looking at her and she looked at me like I was an idiot. I said uhm I’ve never been here so would you mind showing me around (as on the site it tells you, you get a tour & a shirt) she offered me no shirt and the laziest help I’ve ever had the misfortune of receiving. She walked out from behind the counter walked about 5 -10 steps and goes “ ya so this is where this and that is just pointing at a couple things and then walks away what kind of tour is that I had gotten the black card and I had no help in looking around at all , I don’t understand how you can be that lazy and work at a gym of all places. Nice cheap prices but poor quality service. I’ve seen a few complaint reviews before signing up and brushed them off thinking maybe the girl “with glasses” just was having a bad day but after coming across her it’s clearly just her personality. need to hire friendlier and more helpful staff.
