    Compared to the other Fit4Less in the London Area, Westmount is smaller but this is to be expected for a gym in a Loblaws. Water fountains and showers (in the women's room) and the weight room is tucked away in its own room, perfect for those who are uncomfortable with large open gyms. Lots of cardio, including stair masters! I always feel comfortable working out here!

    Quite a nice gym for the price. Overall good selection equipment, however a second lat pull down machine would be a nice addition as its almost always in use. I must say it has an odd vibe from the employees however. If they're not sitting in massage chairs on their phones, they seem offended when you ask them for anything. I guess the service is reflective of a discount gym?

    It's darker than other locations and comes off looking dingy, and the machine selection pales in comparison to other Fit4Less locations as well.

    Simple and basic. No free WiFi though?

    I wish the gym had showers, but the price reflects that. I barely come here, but it's worth the cheap biweekly payments for the unlimited tanning alone.
