  Love the store. Family and I have been going for a couple of years now. I think the furniture is nice, modern and affordable. All the items I have purchased (about 10 things) have all been so easy to assemble. Store is clean and set up well. Haven't had a problem at all with any of the items purchased. Nothing has ever been missing or damaged

  The customer service SUCKS. There is only one guy that I specifically ask for when I go there as he is the only one that is willing to help with a smile on and is so polite. I cannot remember his name at the moment but he is the youngest sales rep there. All the other ones lately are very rude and just don't seem to want to help. And when u do ask them for help they tend to brush you off so quickly. It just makes your shopping experience so mush less pleasurable. Remember people are actually excited to get this new furniture for their home and you tend to ruin it for them

  Deliver men delivered my products quickly, and they were all easy to put together with no missing parts. A lot of online furniture stores don’t have great return policies, but Structube gives you the 7 days (it’s just another $90 to set up the delivery to ship it back to the store if it’s a large furniture piece which sucks but again, know what you’re getting yourself into and ask before you purchase! ).

  The fact is due to the great prices a lot of the popular items get sold out really quick and there are long wait times.. but it’s worth the wait! Delivery fee for bigger products like sofas and dining tables suck, but it is what it is if you want furniture at such a great deal and price.

  Terrible customer service. I called this store to inquire about having a bed shipped to London. The website was telling me that home delivery was available, but when I entered my address (only 10 minutes east of London) it told me my only option was to pick up in Montreal. I called the London store to see if they had it in stock or if there was any way to have it shipped. The lady who answered was rude and condescending. She cut me off by telling me that I just need to follow the prompts on the website. I ended up calling head office for information and they clarified that the only option for this particular bed is to pick up in Montreal. When looking to spend over a thousand dollars on a product, I expect more than to be rushed off the phone by an ill-informed representative.

  This is my favorite furniture store in London and we are very pleased with our sectional purchase. What makes this place heads and shoulders above the rest, is that along with its modern and contemporary decor, is the amazing customer service we received from Noor. He truly goes out of his way to make the shopping experience fun, easy and enjoyable. He is thoughtful and helpful and is one of the main reasons I shop here. Make this guy a manager already!

  I'm pretty satisfied with my service, I guess the staff could be a little more friendlier, but he was very fast with everything and I enjoyed that part a lot where I didn't have to wait at all. My transaction was simple, order chair and picked up next week. Very simple and the way it should be, I'll be shopping here again.
