    Purchased curtains, made way all the way home unzip product packaging and notice large stain on area exposed where product can be opened in store. Drove all the way back (50 minute round trip)pointed out the problem made an exchange. Was not offered anything in return for troubles. Always offer something in this situation. It's customer service 101. The defect was 100% no fault of theirs but as brand embasadors offer small discount on product at time of exchange or a discount coupon for next visit. Something. Poor recognition of customer being unhappy and poor resolution. Obviously I'm getting an undamaged product in exchange, that's a given. Better training for employees to have tools to provide better resolution of these issues.
