    This store has such a variety of experienced reps. Never disappointed. I usually deal with Ameer, and he is a problem solver. Assisted my aunt with a lot of her phones troubles too! Will never see anyone else for telecom!

    Excellent service, so much more helpful than BestBuy. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable for a variety of products that I wanted (SD card, phone, plans etc). He went above and beyond my expectations. Also, they used my SPC card so I'm not sure what the other review was about. Will not be going to Best Buy again if I can help it!

    I would like to thank Jordan from this location, he not only helped me find the right speakers for my audio technica record player, he went above and beyond and set up my turntable to see if the Bluetooth would be compatible with my phone and the speakers. He then helped explain how to hook it up at home so I wouldn't have any trouble. I have never experienced customer service like that before! Thank you so much! I will 1000% be returning to this location again!
