  When finally talk to manager he says no one talked to me; and our policy is yes you can return for a restocking fee. Too late already returned it and will not return. Will file BBB complaint (And yes wellington store has an F with the BBB) as well as with Consumer and Corporate affairs for misleading and deceptive advertising.

  DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! I will be contacting the BBB and my lawyer! Purchased a gaming computer and tower with 800$ graphics game card had them install for a Christmas present, did this Dec 10 2017 not even 30 days later 2 weeks after my son opened it up and set up his games we find out they left a screw out of the power supply, graphic card burnt out, no working fans hooked up...just horrible service for the 1300$ I paid less then a month earlier!! Went to them to see how they were going to fix the problem that was clearly on their end, person at desk was rude, didn’t care and could only say to me they only guarantee install for 14 days even after being told it was going to be a Christmas gift!!! They could care a less after they suck you for your money!!! My lawyer is in the midst of sending them a notice for the damages and repairs all from their lack of care and concern!! DO NOT GO HERE! I will see them in court!

  Stay far away. The store makes up their own return policies as they go along. Stamp FINAL SALE on a computer even though the website and head office says 14 days. Store manager says "They can stamp anything on a bill".

  Very ungrateful sale stuff, arrogant, you can invest thousands of dollars and that won't make any difference, they are just very unappreciative of your business and I'm rating the store located at 1045 Wellington Rd, London.

  Well It is nice to see that most all of you have only good things to say. However I have not. I know times change and "buyer beware is the normal rule in the retail industries, However all I will say is " Buyer beware Canada Computer unfair" After purchasing a large amount of equipment from this establishment over the past two years I will never set foot in the store again. Yes the service staff are awesome but the corporate policy is that of a barbarian practice that tells the consumer we do not care about you we got your money. All over not a return, not a damaged unit, but selling a unit that they said would do the job that was in detail explained and when I got home opened the box of a unit not on display, to find it was not suitable for the task lacking in the accessories that I specifically explained to the sales person for a hour. I then put it back in the box with out even plugging it in or opening the lid to exchange the unit. The next day after work I returned only to be told even though I would be spending a few hundred more that I had to pay a 10 percent restocking fee on the unit. So Yes they need rules to control abuser I hear ya! But this was strictly It would not do the job I needed it to do as It did not have enough USB ports to safely run the equipment I need it for with just two. I specifically told the sales person I need three or more. I will admit that I should have looked at the unit more closely as there was not one on display but I trusted the sales person as he seemed like he new what he was talking about.

  About 6-8 months ago I went back to get a new items for my sons upcoming build and I was wondering why I did stop going there, than shortly after being inside they have refreshed my memory.

  I've never had a bad experience at this store. As someone who depends on having a high powered machine for heavy, high quality rendering, this Canada Computers is my go to parts shop and PC repair store. The service is always great, but more importantly the knowledge and understanding of the tech is on point. The staff here is always able to answer any questions I have, and give me multiple solutions to any problems I'm having with the best dollar value in mind. I never leave the store unsatisfied and I have never feel tricked into buying more than what was necessary. This is something I find happens more and more at other stores so it really makes Canada Computers stand out.
