  It was a very awesome visit the young lady that helped me to get my coat was more than willing to help me and I would definitely go there again she was just awesome I think her name was Ray she works at the Cosmetics counter

  Great choices on jeans. Store ceiling tiles are so old, needs renovations soon. Dressing rooms are outdated.

  I regret buying anything at the Bay. I went there today to the Massonville Mall location, because I needed pantyhose. First, I was annoyed at the chaotic layout of the store. Panties and bras are located at the other end and then you have to go all the way to the other end of the store to get pantyhose... so ridiculous and inconvenient! What bothered me the most about my visit was the way I was treated by the staff. They did not seem to notice that I was standing at the counter in the shoe section to pay for the item I had selected, and when I was noticed by an older blonde lady with glasses, she looked at me as though I was a cockroach or a disgusting bug in her way. I asked her to repeat what she had said because I genuinely had not heard her. The tone of voice she used with me when repeating herself was very rude and in fact made me want to not go through with the purchase.

  I forgot to bring my Hudson Bay credit card and she asked for my ID which makes sense. The next thing she did was saying out loud my birth-day and my address while she is teaching a new person doing it. (You can always point on the card and say "Put this information into computer", instead of saying "put her birth-day 19XX-MM-DD in, and here is her address XXX, XXXX ST, XXXX".)

  I am always pleasant when I shop. I know how hard a customer service job can be. I'm a hairdresser, I get it! However, there was no reason for her to treat me the way she did and because of that, I will never go back, no matter how good of quality the products are.

  If there is nobody around me that is fine. But there was another customer right behind me and I felt so sad and shocked about "Not having any privacy".

  My god, the customer service is horrendous and it's always the same middle aged sales ladies that are rude. They really need to treat all customers equally instead of showing blatant racism.
