  Never written a review for a dentist before but I love Dr. Matthias so much. I have always had terrible dentist anxiety, to the point of sometimes having panic attacks, but she is so patient and gentle I actually feel more relaxed each time I go to see her. I've been recommending her to everyoneI know irl, so I thought I'd leave an online review too!

  Dr. Matthias is a fantastic dentist. She is personable and professional. My entire family goes to her and we recommend her office to all of our friends and family. We have never had any issues with her or her staff, they are all very warm and welcoming.

  Always a pleasure to chat with Dr. Matthias and her staff when I go for my appointments. Dr. Matthias does super work and she is so gentle with the needle, she is the best dentist I have had.

  Well I argued with them that they messed up by filing the claim 7 months later and they argued saying that they did, without ever providing any concrete proof that they did. I called Sun Life and they never received anything from them for that claim.

  They don't claim anything for insurance until 7 months later, what happened to me is I had an appointment in August 2010, and I was with Sun life insurance at the time. So in January 2011 I changed to Industrial Alliance, so then in February 2011 I went for another appointment and they told me that I didn't owe them anything from the last time that I went. March 2011 I got a letter from the Dentist saying that Industrial Alliance won't pay a bill from August 2010.

  Then they sent me to collections, they didn't even try to do anything to help at all, they told me it was my fault and sent me to collections. They have terrible business practices, they don't own up to their mistakes, and they have the worst filing system I've ever seen.
