    Great location for a corner store, it's been operational for well over 30+ Years ... Not sure how many owners have taken hold of the property, but the name Ace Mini Mart has been on the stores signage for well over 15 of those years. Great deals, awesome staff, plenty of magazines to choose from, as well as your regular variety store items are all here, all for sale, most of the stores items are cheaper then your next closest Variety / Mini Mart. Even though this stores location is pretty much in the projects, it does feel safe, day and/or night. It is not run down or full of loitering persons who fell like the front of the store or sides are for chilling out, being loud and creating havoc run down ... It is a regular Mini Mart / Variety Store, that has a very strategic location that probably makes it's owners a nice reliable/sizable income every month. It is very much a convenient addition to the hood.
