    Would never shop here again. The manager, Chris, tells people he owns the store but when I talked to the real owner, Rob, he claims Chris is simply the store manager. Kind of embarrassing... Has a bunch of strippers promoting their brand via. social media. Never has sizes and owes me money from a refund months back. Would never shop here again, to put it nicely. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would.

    Horrible experience with the one female staff member The 2 other employees almost made up for how she was acting but it wasn’t enough. Would deffinetly go back if she Was NOT there. Customer service should deffinetly be worked on.

    Bought a pair of Nike dualthon racer. They didn’t have my size so the manger said he would order them in. He was very courtesy and personable. They didnt come in right away so Chris the manager said he would call me. He did and got me the size. I went home and tried it on but they didn’t fit. So I took them back and he was really cool about it and was able to switch it out for another size up. They have a great selection and I love supporting small business around London. Will definitely return and cop some new kicks.
