  Store is fine, the two girls working were really rude and unhelpful though. One was a smaller girl with what looked like blue or purple shoulder length hair, the other was tall with short hair and a grey beanie on. I asked for help and received none, and really felt like I was just an annoyance to them. Probably won't go back to this location if I see these two working, and I ended up not finding what I was looking for.

  My son loves it here! The staff is very friendly but it is a little expensive. But there are almost aways great sales going on!

  The 5 stars is actually 2 stars. There must have been a change in management because there is one person in particular who never seems like she’s willing to help. None of the girls here like to smile or make you feel welcome. There was a really nice manager here when the place first opened, she must have found a better job. I usually dread coming into the store. I was in yesterday and one of the girls actually yelled at me for trying to get something down, it’s like.. where were you to offer assistance? That’s your job, right? As an adult I did not appreciate being chastised, especially in front of family. The staff at Kitchener Hot Topic though, those guys are great. My whole family prefers it at Kitchener over London. Most of the girls here are just plain mean. It’s almost like it’s too much effort for them to say hi or smile.

  Polite staff, is organized, and is filled with amazing products for anime lovers, music lovers, and artists. It was a bit pricey, but was totally worth it. We need a lot more of the stores, especially in London and St.Thomas.

  A lot of merch you struggle to find everywhere else. A bit pricey though. The staff right now is not too keen on effort. No knowledge of what they have in stock and little professionalism. Maybe I am asking too much?
