  Most ignorant people I've ever met working the till here. Brought my sons jogging pants back with H&M tag still on just to exchange size. They insisted I needed a receipt to do so and were completely condescending to my wife and I in front of the crowd at the till..

  .....Cont'd.....a few minutes later I called the other H&M store in town to ask if they would have a problem doing the exchange without a receipt. "Nope, no problem, just bring them on in, she said". So I kept her on the phone, went back to the ignorant people and they agreed finally to exchange for different size.. Mind you, they had me jump through a couple of hoops first to see if they could still deny me; asked for photo ID and told me the bad news that they were now going to be FINAL SALE.
