    Amazing service.... went to Masonville where the initial purchase was made and its customer service was terrible, problematic and plain awful, they ended up sending me to the White Oaks location.

    I went into this location on Boxing Day, the store was busy and all of the staff were behind the counter singing and dancing to Shania Twain and gossiping about another employee who hadn't come in yet. Very unprofessional. I will not be visiting this location again.

    As a former employee at guess I was very dissapointed with the customer service here. Knowing the requirements of a customer coming into the store. I was ingored and after I asked about dresses for a wedding she said the sale rack was all they had left. Looking to the back of the store I saw at least 5 different dress styles. Being eyed down the entire time made me so uncomfortable I had to leave. The store was a disaster which surprised me because of how slow it was on that day and comparing it to the masonville location it was almost being in two completley different stores. Ill only go to masonville now unless joanna is working on that day.

    Once there, the Manager and the staff were Amazing!!!! They listen and resolved the issue in minutes. Just amazing customer service. Will absolutely be making all.of my shopping there, worth the trip across London!!!
