  Quick responses and work, great communication, and friendly staff. Previously had a lot of work done, and they kept me constantly updated. Today, called first thing this morning with the car concern, came in shortly after, was given the loaner vehicle. My vehicle was repaired by the time I was done work and is now just fine. Car problems, while still annoying, now give me much less anxiety than they used to because I know this excellent place and their staff will take care of everything. Thank you!

  Went in for getting my heating fixed through a friend s suggestion. I was pretty happy with the service. Fixed my car before schedule and gave me a loaner car as well during the repair. A complementary check up of the car was done and Jamie explained it very well as to what was wrong with the car and how we can work to reduce your bill of repair.

  The best auto service that I've been to in London! Their staff and mechanics are kind and courteous, and know what they're doing! Love that they send full reports via email and/or text once your car has been serviced. It allows the customer to fully appreciate the health of their vehicle and consider possible repairs before heading into the shop. They also vacuumed and cleaned my floor mats at no extra cost. Talk about going the extra mile! Great place. I highly recommend checking them out.

  One of the most transparent and honest mechanics I've been too. You don't just feel like another number here. These guys are thorough and know their stuff.
