    First off I would like to say I have gone to your service center for years, however today's experience was not favorable. I went in today due to the drivers windshield wiper not working. Explained the issue, and the windshield wiper was replaced. I pay, sign the papers that its fixed go to the car - firs the keys are not int he car so i have to go back in. Then I test it out and still doesn't work. Go back in and no one is able to help me, everyone seems to be in a hurry to leave the place rather than help. I am told that I need to book a service appointment was the end result. Needless to say I leave with the same issue I came into and nothing was done to help. I paid for a new windshield wiper, however its of no use still. I will try and get in next week, but with the weather you think customer service would be a little more up to par to make sure someone was safe before leaving their center and the problem was fixed. I many need to go somewhere else instead.

    Bought my 2015 Fiat 500L from Oxford Dodge back in October. Had a VERY positive and satisfactory experience with the staff. Yassir would go out of his way to make sure we had a fair deal and is very nice. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Very large variety of vehicles and made sure to be in the best condition.

    Bought a truck here a few years ago with an extended warranty package and they gave me 10 free oil changes. They are now going back on what they said to me and are not giving me the last 4 oil changes. Spoke with the sales manager and he said "it is what it is" and wouldn't help me. He also came across very belittling. I have had a few service issues here and refuse to go back. They are not interested in taking care of the customer after the sale. I would not recommend going here for sales or service.

    I've bought 2 Jeeps from Oxford Dodge. Deb sold me my first jeep and was fantastic to work with and Chris sold me my second and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have come here for almost 5 years to get my oil changed and some services on my jeep. I only gave 4 stars because the people in the express lane havent always been the greatest, a few years ago they kept tightening my oil pan too tight and oil would drip and they kept saying it was fine. But the past 2 years the guys in the express lane have been much better! It seems its a whole new group of guys in the express lane and they're much better, and answer all my questions and concerns fully.

    My recent experience was good....Stephanie is great to deal with. The service end of dealership needs to work on their communication. I received an email in December that my oil change was due when it isn’t until June. I replied back to ask where she got her info and never received a response back. Also later in the day after I picked up my car from it recently being there for 10 days to fix engine light on and 3 recalls I was left a message by the service department that I had outstanding recalls and needed to call and book an appointment. How would it have not been put in the computer that the recalls were already cleared?
