  When I first started dealing with Matthews Auto, they were fantastic. I even got a couple of friends going there. Then something happened. They just started getting sloppy and started doing sub-par work. They started "guessing" when it came to diagnostics work. You would have to start bringing you vehicle back for the same job numerous of times and they still charged you labour when when it should have been done right the first time. One time I had a charging issue and they just assumed it was the battery so stupid me, bought a battery. After doing research on my own, it was the alternator so basically I wasted money on a battery I did not need. Needless to say, I have not been back for a few years now and the same for my friends that I had going there. I have been going to the dealership the last couple of years instead. Labour rate is pretty much the same, but the work gets done right the first time around. Your choice as to where you go, but beware...
