  Above and beyond excellent!!! My family and I recently purchased the Dodge Grand caravan last week, we drove all the way up from Hamilton because of a good friend who had recommended I deal with Jason Hawkins. Firstly, i must say in all the years of myself and my family dealing with sales reps, not even one came close to Jason and his spectacular service. He went out of the way to make the impossible happen, surprises after surprises.. I highly urge anyone and everyone to deal with the 5 star sales rep. Second, he was completely honest with our fit to purchasing the perfect van, honesty and integrity is what i call that. Overall, i am extremely happy and will definitely return to Jason and Finch Dodge. I have already passed it along to all family and fiends and some are checking it out on the weekend. Thank you so much Jason and Finch Dodge, see you in the near future!!!!!

  I dealt with Justin and he was awesome! Quick to introduce himself, found what I was interested in then pointed me in the right direction and let me go explore. When it came time to finalize the deal he cut to chase and I felt comfortable, made me feel more like a client rather than just another customer. Jill handled the finance & registration end and again all went very quick, smooth and professional. All around a great experience. Thanks folks! Love my new RAM!

  Best experience ever with buying a vehicle. Every car sales man I have dealt with only cared about pushing a sale. Craig Harwood from Finch Chrysler focused on what was right for my husband and I as customers. We gave him a list of exactly what we wanted and our budget and he located a vehicle with all our must haves and more in budget! He sent pics and texts updating us on the progress of them locating and receiving our vehicle. Now I have my dream Jeep and couldn't be happier! Go see Craig at Finch Chrysler!

  I bought two cars from there to replace my old two cars. I dealt with Moh. He was so friendly and patient. He helped me a lot to have smooth purchase experience. He was amazing in problem solving skills. One of my old cars was leased. Surprisingly, he made all the phone calls for me to turn in this leased car, and more than that he did all his best to get the best discount ever for the new cars. I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan and Jeep Wrangler because of him. So happy I met him. Best of luck in the new year for all the staff especially Sandy the receptionist, so friendly too. Thank you.

  Josh was VERY helpful and efficient in helping me get the vehicle I wanted. I sent an email for a test drive of the Jeep Patriot fairly late at night and he still responded to set up the time to have the test drive the next day. I was very impressed. The system to get the papers filled out and etc. was very simple. Gord made the financing portion of the sale really easy too! Everyone at the Finch dealership were very nice as well! I will recommend Finch and of course Josh to anyone I know that needs a vehicle! Thank you Josh! The Jeep is awesome.
