  I have been using Fanshawe Motors to service my 2 VWs for the last 6 years. The owner and staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Their shop time charges are less than dealerships and their new facilities are top notch. I would highly recommend their services to all German and domestic car owners.

  Took my car in for diagnostics, asked to speak with the mechanic who would be working on my car, and this was a problem for the lady service manager behind the counter; so I asked to speak with the manager, Adrian. He understood, and had no issue speaking with me, really a great guy. Anyways, diagnostics done, appointment booked for a couple days later, waiting for parts. I'm from out of town and my kids come first, so when something came up; I called and said I couldn't make my appointment (my exact wording) and I didn't reschedule at that time; which was clearly my mistake because the service manager took that to mean I was cancelling, period.

  Besides the service manager miscommunication issues, the prices I was quoted were good and the manager, Adrian was overly accommodating. I ended up going elsewhere for the work this time.
