    always great knowledable service and accommodating, have called last minute and had service done on weekends

    Really unhappy with this shop. Gave it a try as was close to my girlfriend's place in London. Dropped the car off at 9 am, get a call around noon that the sway bars and bushing has to be replaced and it'll cost around $300. Told him to go ahead with the work. Get a call around 3 PM or so that he has the whole car apart, called everywhere and cannot find a bushing. Really pissed off as any other mechanic I have taken the car to would check to see if the part was available before taking whole car apart. Asks me what he should do, he cannot get he part until Friday. Made me pay for the work he supposedly did on the sway bars but could not change the bushing. Did not provide any receipt. Really unhappy. Should not have asked me to pay ANYTHING AT ALL when not completing any of the work
