  Incredibly handsome manager! Professional, courteous and above and beyond service. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Rented from multiple locations in london. Service is constant and efficient.

  All in a good experience. Just make sure to check the windshield for cracks or dings.

  My insurance company rented me a vechile while mine was in being repaired after an accident. I was told that they couldn't have the vehicle in my city for when I needed it and that I would need to drive 30 mins to pick it up. I go and pick it up just to have them tell me that there was a rental waiting for me at the body shop back home. I also was not told about having to pay a deposit, I assumed with it being an insurance job that everything was covered. My mistake. The vehicle was given to me with a light that kept coming on about needing an oil change and then I had to refill the washer fluid. Small things... But super irritating.

  The manager was the only individual I dealt with here who was professional. The other staff need to work on their customer service skills. They seemed to be inconvenienced when I asked them questions about my rental. One got defensive when I mentioned that I had just been asked the same questions on the phone 2 minutes prior when dealing with Discount staff in Burlington. Then practically hung up on me. Why these millennials are working in customer service if they don't like helping customers makes no sense.

  The South Western Ontario Manager - Mike - treated me with the utmost respect. He was kind, informative, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was reimbursed and comfortable in my rental. Thank you Mike. You treated me like a human being and I felt valued. You have shown me that Discount is a company that truly values the people it serves.
