  Worst service ever in my life. Lady over there was very rude. I have been renting car from 2 years from National car rentals. They give best service. My friend suggested me to use ACE Car Rental. I have booked car at 9:00 PM I got it by 10:30. My friend missed flight because of that. She try to charge me more. I have my own Insurance, I showed my pink slip. she want my whole policy package to see. After that I have to drive home and get policy package, she was like where it says policy is under your name. This was not enough for her, She want to see Driver's Certificate, I don't know What it is. Also I got car at 10:30 instead of 9:00 she want me to return car on 8:00 AM and she ask me to sign paper that says if I will be late they will charge $100 per part hour. I went to return next day at 8:00 AM she made me wait for 15 min and she went out for inspection of car with paper in her hand, I went with her, she checked the car and without saying word she went back I followed her and she was like sign here. She should have ask me to sign out when I was with her. I will say never rent car from here. You will have worst time.
