  Sent my wife there to get winter tires put on. We have another set on rims. Been used two winters. They have to be on for another 2 weeks before i buy new winter tires. Dealership said they weren’t safe. I think they tried to upsell her since she’s a woman. She told me since the lady in service isn’t there. It’s gone downhill. I know the winter tires weren’t perfect. But my regular mechanic put them on no questions. Good for another season he said. I only need them to last her a couple weeks. Got new ones ordered. Jeez. Thanks dealership. You guys used to be my favourite.

  I want to start by saying the guys over at Southwest do the best they can for their clients. My wife and I had the greatest experience buying from the sales team. They did us fair on our trade in, gave us the best possible price for a new car. From the finance team to the new owners and sales people you won't find anything wrong with bringing your business to this dealership. They truly care about what's best for the client! That's rare when you buy a car these days.

  Purchased my first car here and Anna was so amazing at helping me find exactly what I wanted. She was super friendly, helpful and informative and definitely made my first experience a positive one. Drew was also amazing when helping me with financing! Great dealership to purchase from!

  Have you ever walked into a place and it just felt right?? This is the place!! I also did work at chrysler with the team and it was amazing to work with them but i was commuting an hour and things did not work out as we planned. I ended up leaving however months later i messaged Keith white and chris Reith for a used truck. Not only did they keep me in mind when the right truck arrived but they gave me an amazing deal also. It just amazing how welcomed i felt and everyone was so happy to help me out. Trully amazing and honest people to worl for or buy a car from. They always think about their customers first! Thanks again to everyone that helped out from Kelly in Finance to Keith, Paul, Chris and Anna. Even the ladies at reception is amazing and full of joy!!!
