  The parts service was amazing. I came in to replace a wiper blade, and was informed that it was in good working condition, and to save my money he will clean it up and it will be fine and he even fixed my wiper fluid sprayers.

  I had a very good buying experience here. Jeff Scott was friendly and knowledgeable, and put no pressure on me to purchase. He allowed tons of opportunity for test driving, answered all my questions, and was straight up about the price. He stayed late on the night I picked up my new car and spent lots of time with me showing me how all the technology worked - that was very appreciative.

  Bought my Q50s from another dealer(had the color I wanted) and once I left the dealership there was a problem with the emergency system (couldn't listen to the radio/functions didn't work). Called Infiniti of London as they were closer to my home. Spoke with Thomas and he fit us in within the hour to have this fixed. He's very friendly, professional and courteous and helped us both times. Fantastic dealer and will be going back there for all my maintenance. Thanks again!

  I did an oil change with my new car on Saturday at this dealer. Because of my past experience of oil overfilled, I always double check my oil level after any oil change. So I did it again two days later after work when the car had been in the parking lot for more than 8 hours. No surprise to me it was overfilled again by 3-4mm on dipstick. I went back and asked for a drain, but the they refused and told me that the oil level is higher when it is cold. In my understanding, oil level is about the same when all oil flow back to the oil pan, temperature doesn't make too much difference. I don't know how they come up with this reason. My car will probable burn the extra oil in a few thousand km. This may not cause any problem in a short term but I really don't like their service.

  The sales department, however, is a completely different story. They completely took advantage of a first time car buyer however. The sales person saw them coming, and completely ran them over. I will never buy another car here unless something major happens.

  I only give 4 stars - because this (and every dealership) makes you go through the dance of convincing them you don't want extended warranty. I wish that didn't happen - but everyone does that. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Jeff.
