  I’ve recently purchased a new vehicle from Steven(sales rep) and Ray(financing manager) and they both went above and beyond to make me happy. Traded my old RVR to an outlander and by far I am impressed with both. Ray Provost made the expereince of buying a new car exciting and easy. He really made me feel that he had my best interest at hand when I didn’t know what that was. Very happy and will recommend to friends and family.

  Love the Product (RVR) but not happy with the dealership. Will not buy there again. Booked an appointment 2 months in advance for a tire swap and a recall and asked to be the first one on Saturday Morning. Got there at 9 (service opens at 8) to find 3 people ahead of me. Sat there for an hour and they had not even taken my car in to get started. Explained this to the service guy and his answer was simply...."oh that was the last lady here and she has been let go". NOT MY PROBLEM. I was not sitting there for 3 hours to have a tire swap and a part fixed. SO then the manager, or whoever she is calls me because of my service review. Apoligiizes and says they will do something for me. That call was over a month ago and I have not heard back. I really get the impression that this business just dosn't grasp the concept of customer service. They seem to struggle in every aspect.
