Very poor disappointing service and i would give no stars if possible. Took my 2017 F150 in on Friday February 02, 2018 (around 6:40pm) because my left rear tire was low on air and leaking from the valve stem internally. This was a obvious manufacturers defect and covered by my basic warranty. Imagine to my surprise when i was told that i would have to pay for this repair. When I ask why it wasn't covered I was told by the service advisor that she had never encountered this particular problem. Such nonsense as all she had to do enter in my vehicle VIN# into the "Ford Connection Dealership" website to get the proper information on coverage. Needless to say I had to pay. I called up the dealership that I purchased the truck from and they quickly informed me that yes it certainly was covered. So I called Highbury Ford back the following Monday and they grudgingly admit a mistake was made. At first I was told "come in and you will be reimbursed" Then Highbury calls me back on the phone and I'm told a claim has to made to Ford's Warranty I find this strange since this mistake was made by Highbury and not the Ford Motor Company. You'd think this would be such a simple thing to solve. Btw I told the service advisor the truck has 5700 kms and change on it not 57000 kms. Obviously you folks don't care about "service" and are rather careless with customers. No thanks to the "Poor Service" on a three month old vehicle.

You are correct in saying I had the date wrong when I came to your place of business for repairs, I will admit that. You are totally wrong though on the warranty claim part. I had all the paperwork in the vehicle to prove warranty coverage irregardless of the tires/rims being a part of the winter package and they should have been covered. Also I might add that the winter rims say "FORD" on them with a Ford part number. The Service Advisor or tech that worked on my truck could easily confirm that. I don't believe Ford makes tires for their vehicles so the tire part not being Ford's is a bit silly. The tires/rims are of course a part covered under warranty having been bought from a Ford dealer as a part of a new vehicle purchase. Who buys new tires with no warranty? I did tell the Service Advisor that I did have proof in the vehicle but it seemed to make no difference. The most important part in all of this is that the Service Advisor did not at any time inform me that a warranty claim would be made on my behalf to Ford which would have made a big difference in dealing with this- I was simply told it was not covered and no more. Better communication would have helped in this situation.

So thankful for an honest team, full of integrity! After test driving a vehicle, I left my wallet in the glove box and didn’t realize it until the next day. I phoned the dealership, and they were right on it, securing my wallet until I could get there to pick it up! Thank you again Ford team! I can go shopping once again!!

Peter I guess you don't understand the point I was trying to get across here and why I used this format to complain. At no time was I told by anyone at Highbury Ford that a warranty claim would be made on my behalf to Ford after I paid for the repair. If a customer has a potential warranty claim it's Ford policy through it's dealerships to not inform the customer? I highly doubt that. If that is Highbury Ford's policy(which I also highly doubt), but if it is then yes your right I should be taking my Ford truck to a different dealership.

This was our second time dealing with Highbury Ford, and we are still very pleased with their service, and they definitely make us want to go back for our third!

I didn’t think getting an oil change at the dealership meant they would check to see if I’m ready to sell a vehicle I’m perfectly happy with. Not impressed and not getting my car serviced by them again.

The worst place and the worst service. I leased a 2015 ford f150 brand new and for 2 years I had missed no payment. Before 100.000klm I had gone for transmition twice. Kitchener ford offered me to put me on a 2017 f150 and I asked them to give me the buy out. I waited one month and nothing. When I visited there dealership and I asked the owners son Jason to give me the buy out he went to right it down at the back of a receipt. I asked him then to put it on a formal peace of paper and he said that he doesn't work on my pace nor I'm his boss and he will give it to me when he has time. When I mentioned that I waited for a month and I attempted numerous phone calls to try to get him to give me what he should have given me in a heart bit he then ask me to stop trespassing his property and called the cops on me. He send the buy out after 2 days to Kitchener Ford because he knew that I had visited a lawyer and I was prepared to take legal action. I wouldn't buy even a screw from that place. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with. Shame to be representing Ford.

After taking my escape for an oil change I was contacted on three separate occasions by phone about a satisfaction survey where there true intentions were to see if I was interested in selling it because of its low mileage.
