  Recently brought my Grand Caravan in for winter tires after being fed up with the awful service at one of the Chrysler dealers down the street. What a difference in personalities of all of the staff but most importantly Will Taylor who took it upon himself to make me feel welcome. He was able to provide me with a fair quotation and was get my vehicle in right away to perform the service. This is the professional standard that every retail service should be providing!!

  I purchased my 2007 Escape at this dealership and have been going back to them for maintenance and repair services. I really like my 2007 Escape and very happy with my purchase. I find everyone at this dealership to be really nice, friendly and “courteous” therefore would recommend to anyone I know to go here. Furthermore, I’m now even more relaxed and contented every time I take my vehicle in for service knowing that Alex Tapia is there to provide me with an excellent service. Alex is very knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. I have been dealing with Alex for the past two years and would recommend his service to anyone. Alex is amazing and is a great asset to Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Thanks to Alex.

  I have been into Courtesy Ford multiple times over the past few months and have to admit each time I dealt with Juan (service advisor) and received exceptional service from him and the team. Juan was very pleasant and acknowledged me by my name each time and had all the answers that I was looking for. I give Juan and the Courtesy Ford team 5 out of 5!

  I don't normally take the time to do reviews to be honest but was compelled to do so this time. Had my tire pressure light come on and tore one of my windshield wipers (right in my field of vision) as I was leaving my office for a day of meetings. Went into Courtesy as I was close by and someone out clearing the lot of snow directed me inside. I dealt with Will Taylor in the service area and explained my wiper issue and tire pressure concern. I let him know I'd likely have to leave and maybe return as I had a schedule to keep. Car was taken in and within no time had an explanation on the tire pressure issue and new wipers were attached. I was surprised at the speed and efficiency at getting things done for me. I asked the girl at the counter for Wills manager name and she said he was the manager. I was impressed that a manager was out assisting and handling customers himself. Thanks to the Courtesy team.

  SO happy with my experience at Courtesy Ford! This was a really big purchase for me and I was quite stressed about it all but Bryan was very patient, explained all my options to me and I never felt pressured or rushed by him. He definitely made it easy and I left feeling so happy with my decision to buy from Courtesy! Thank you Bryan and the rest of the team. Can't wait for my new truck!
